OBJECTIVES

The main aim of the project is to strengthen the training and education regarding the social entrepreneurship (social enterprises/cooperatives) start-up, by empowering the training skills of the CMs staff, the quality and accessibility of their training proposals, increasing the inclusive capacities of their support actions to business start-up, promoting social innovation and continuous development with increased capacity to work at an international level.

OBJECTIVES:

  • to increase knowledge of CMs’ staff regarding best training and education practices, including innovative approaches and methods, in other partner countries;
  • to develop planning and promotion skills of new training and coaching programmes to support the start-up of social enterprises, also as tool for self-employability and social inclusion of disadvantaged people;
  • to develop CMs’ capacity for determination of changes in terms of modernization and international openness, initiating internal process of transferability analysis, planning and implementation;
  • to create an EU partnership in order to start a continue collaboration on common training activities addressing the development of social entrepreneurship competences.
JOB SHADOWING
  • JOB SHADOWING hosted by FEAES in Seville with a duration of 3 working days (and 2 travel days). The program of the job shadowing will include welcoming and presentation of sending and hosting structures, ongoing activities and in-depth learning on social entrepreneurship training courses, innovative educational methods (including ICT tools) and other agreed topics.
  • The job shadowing hosted by DIESIS in Brussels with a duration of 3 working days (and 2 travel days). The program will include welcoming and presentation of sending and hosting structures,
    ongoing activities and in-depth learning of policies and networks of the EU in social entrepreneurship support and related financial tools.
  • The job shadowing hosted by SYNTHESIS in Nicosia with a duration of 3 working days (and 2 travel days). The program will include welcoming and presentation of sending and hosting structures, ongoing activities and in-depth learning of entrepreneurship training programs for disadvantaged people (in particular immigrants) and its specific settings and methodologies and other agreed topics.
  • The job shadowing hosted by COOMPANION in Goteborg with a duration of 3 working days (and 2 travel days). The program will include welcoming and presentation of sending and hosting structures, ongoing activities and in-depth learning on WISE-model, entrepreneurship training programs for disadvantaged people, ICT tools.
PARTICIPANTS

36 staff members of CMs involved in development and management of training activities, in particular for the start-up of new cooperatives and focusing on social entrepreneurship education, including directors and other managerial professional figures, mangers and staff of social enterprises and local cooperatives. Participants will be selected by the Participant Selection Commission composed by an officer and a manger (HR manager or director) of each CM.
